Good Morning Schizz, Pray You Are Doing Well And Your Week Is Going Good!

                                       Been feeling down but that isn't new.  Sometimes the rush of the Christmas gets too much.  Of course with another year gone by and I reflect on my late husband's death this time of year, gets me down.  I just don't want to bring you down.  Pray the family are all doing well and you are doing good and taking care of yourself.  I thought I'd write early today.
                                       I'm guessing it probably doesn't take you long to get to the office, hopefully this comes to you before you get there.
                                      Praying your day will go well and not many problems come your way.  Everyone here is doing ok.  My mom was telling me that where my nephew works, they aren't allowed to wish folks "A Merry Christmas" instead they have to say "Happy Holidays" ..that just seems wrong..I mean what is the name of the biggest day of the year anyway right?   We know the  real reason for the season huh.. My son heard me snarl yesterday while watching "The Polar Express" at least in that movie they use "Merry Christmas"  I love the animation and story !

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
