Good Sunday Evening My Stephen, Pray Its A Nice One, Love You So Very Much!

                                        My son is starting to talk to me and understanding a little, now that he has thought about things.  I feel a lot better tonight because of it.  It means I'm helping.  I thank you for your concerns for him too Stephen, I know I call you Schizz so any times, I thought maybe you would like Stephen better.
                                        Was still somewhat of a gloomy day otherwise, hope the sun came out in Amesbury, MA for a bit today.  It did here which was nice.  Prayerfully everyone there is doing well.
                                        Worry about you too, can't help but put you on the same "Worry List" I put my family on, I think I put your family there too.  So please be gentle to yourself as well.  I pray that you have a blessed and safe week and tomorrow things are well for everyone.
                                    Doesn't really feel like Christmas to me, its getting closer, I think I just didn't let the time sink in like I do every year.  
                                        So tonight, just have a good one, if I had to guess, I'd say when you relax, you are either reading or cat-napping in your favorite chair, either way its good, you have found time.  For me, its knowing you're around that gives me joy to relax my mind and soul.  I have my art and such I know but my greatest pleasure is being around those I love and one of course is always you, the rest are my kids and my family in which I am blessed...my week will be good. 
                                        Hope you got to read what I wrote about my dads' band years ago.  Its a sad story but is an inspiring one.  How much talent they had for being so young.  Being remembered for that is a nice tribute for them and all who follow thereafter.
                                       Just to tell you how special you are to me in so many ways is what I like to do for you. I love you.  You have a great evening, I'll write you tomorrow.  A hug and kiss as always!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
