Hello Sir Stephen, Hope You Are Having A Wonderful Saturday!

                                  Quiet again today, that works though, easy on the nerves that way.  I think I'm going o have to go back to see the doctor, darn back won't quit hurting, even after taking Ibuprofen.  Still doing my exercises too.   Praying you are having a great day, its cloudy here. Got some Art History books , I'm going to read later on today after doing my Saturday chores.  The one I had got ruined some years ago, so I put in a request for some new ones for Christmas, not as large as my old one, but just as good.   The school got them for me (Shanahan )  They offer sometimes, its nice of them to do so.  I think this will be the last year since my daughter is going into High School next year.  That is ok, I couldn't be more grateful for all the help they have given the kids and I over the years!
                                Got to go north Monday, not looking forward to that, thankfully old bag Kristy and her dingle snit ( keeping it G-rated) hubby won't be there, if they do show up-the kids and I are leaving.    So, if I am down Monday Schizz, you will know why.  Pat wanted to see us again..so ..you know..how well we get treated...I think I am a glutton for punishment . Thought I would give you fair warning.
                               I do pray everyone in your family are doing well and you are keeping healthy.  You know I worry about you, that you are taking care of yourself.  Been thinking about how beautiful the Christmas lights are and sharing them with you..if there is something I wish could stay up all year around are the lights..they are the prettiest and the most romantic.  Love you so very much Hon, please take care of yourself and if you are out and about today be careful..LOVE YOU BEST!!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
